What is the problem we’re solving?
Understanding how and why an individual’s track record, behavioural preferences and habits intersect to drive success or failure in different jobs or teams.
Details about the pilot course:
- 8 x online meetings for 90 mins each to cover the core topics.
- Delegates will record their own track records and 2 behavioural surveys during the course.
- The course is designed to build a better understanding of an individual’s potential by appreciating their track record, behavioural preferences, habits and their intersection in different jobs and teams.
- Delegates have the opportunity in groups of 3 to test their skills on a case study. Delegates will present their findings and test their appreciation of the concepts developed on the course.
- Following the completion of the course, Steve will meet each delegate online to follow up on the practical application of the course in their environments and to answer course related questions.
